Unauthorized deductions from account

Poor poor service. I noticed a deduction from them for food I did not order. They refuse to repay me back even though the person cancelled once they realized whathad happened. And when I try to follow up with the situation they close my complaints section. I feel like this is theft as I know they know I never made an order for that food.
