Unauthorized Debits from Uber BV

This company is constantly debiting me every month for an amount of R50 from my PayPal account. I don't use Uber rides or Uber eats but I am still being debited. They don't even have an email for complaints. Please could someone advise me how can I challenge this and what should be my next step as I will not let this company rest if I am not refunded.
