Unauthorized Debit on my account

Guys Uber Eats is a ****.

On the 6th of March I placed an order but forgot to transfer mine into my account. So obviously the transaction did not go through. I then realised that I had not transferred money and immediately did so and ordered the food from the same restaurant. The second order went through and was delivered. Uber kept trying to debit me for the unsuccessful order raking up charges on my card. Yesterday they eventually managed to debit me for food that I never received. Imagine how useless their systme is that it can not abandon an order that was unsuccessful but forcefully tries to debit. I got intouch with customer service, they are useless too. They cant even call to get all the details. There is virtually no way for me to ahold of them and I have been sending emails since the 6th.
