Unauthorized debit

Hi good day I'm receiving no joy from Uber eats as they have deducted money from my account unauthorized contacted my bank they said contact Uber sent Uber proof that money was deducted with no order been placed how ever they refused to help as they said I must go back to my bank When clearly it shows deduction from Uber eats
