Unauthorised Payment

I have been contacting Uber for the 5th time from December regarding R500 that was taken from my account for UberOne. I spoke to someone by the name of Sara on the 24 of December who advised that my refund had been processed it’s the 17th of December. I again spoke to someone by the name aabbas30 who said my refund would be processed within 3-5 working days. It’s been 7 days.
