Unauthorised charges

I once registered for UberOne for me and my mother using both out email addresses. I then cancelled the subscription a few months back but yet ai sm still being debited even after cancelling and removing my bank card to pay cash for my orders. I have sent a complain on the app but they came back to say the subscription has been cancelled and yet again, I have been debited. I am so disappointed and I want my moneh back for all the months you have been debiting my account aftet I cancelled.
