Unauthorised charge issue

I relay on the Uber app as I have always found the app to be very liable and safe to use. However, I’ve just experienced an appalling experience from uber today as I reported an issue regarding an unauthorised charge showing on my bank app.

Uber eats did not bother to at least investigate on the matter. However, I was notified that they are unable to find the charge. I provided all the necessary evident evidence to help trace the charge which included my bank statement. However, their response was just robotic and I find that uber does not have the capacity or provide sufficient support with regards to these issues which is extremely frustrating and concerning for an online app or business.
