Unacceptable system

I ordered KFC cash payment meal on the 29th January and driver cancelled my meal but still received and paid for the meal. But on the app meal still appeared as cancelled but still required me to pay for it again. Today I was ordering another order which I was doing a card payment instead of paying for my current order it popped up the old cancelled meal which was paid in cash and paid it again via card while I was supposed to be paying for my current order. So I really need my refund for Order#91EF8
