Unacceptable service from Uber eats

I ordered food on Saturday 22 April from Ikhitshini Northriding & I never received that food. I communicated with Uber Eats and they confirmed I would get the refund in 3 working days. Now it’s over 3 weeks i still haven’t received my refund
