Unacceptable service

I order a meal from Popeye Boulevard Rivonia and was at the correct address as per uber foods app maps and the driver never arrived at the delivery address. After many messages they refuse the refund me. I was at the correct address and never received my meal but has to pay for it. How stupid. That driver is enjoying my meal, which I paid for. Never again.
