Unacceptable service

I ordered some food from Steers, Uhmlanga

I placed the order at 12:55, they said my order will be here by 13:55

The driver never got here and I cancelled the order

I was waiting outside for 20min while my app keep saying his 1 min away! This is beyond ridiculous!
