Unacceptable non delivery

Placed an order around 20:00 on 25th December 2024. Driver accepted the order. I then sent a message 1hr30min later to find out if he was on the way or not. I even tried phoning and it went straight to voice mail. Driver rep**** at 22:44 and expected to deliver. Then requested the pin claiming only then can he see the directions to deliver which is lie. At 23:05 the driver marked the delivery as complete and was not anywhere close to where it needed to be delivered. I did not receive my order from 20:00 till now.
