Unacceptable methods from UberEats !!

Was told after the delivery person collected my order that I will have to wait an additional 25 min for other orders as "cost saving".... my food was cold when I got it and waiting an extra 25min with no cost saving on my side is funny.... Unacceptable methods from UberEats !!
