Unacceptable experience

Placed an order with a restaurant that state delivery and not pick-up in this weather. Waited for my order for over an hour. However time to delivery just kept on extending. Eventually cancelling order, not minding to pay an cancellation fee, but to my surprise cancellation meant paying full fee. That surely can not be acceptable for any organization to do this to their customers when surely its not their fault (unless I had to sit and wait till tomorrow being hopeful). So no food, less in my bank account (blatant corporate theft) and have to accept the automated response of “we appreciate your understanding” hell no.

So asked I want my damn food “my request not eligible” how in the world. Unacceptable.
