UNACCEPTABLE DRIVER BEHAVIOR AND NON DELIVERY

I ordered my food to the same address more than 20 times. The one time the driver refuses to follow instructions and claims to leave my food on the sidecar somewhere. This food was never found. Uber eats does not refund me for my non delivery pathetic service form the driver and customer care. How do they know the driver did not take the picture and take the food away. I'm utterly disappointed!!
