Unacceptable behavior

Since moving to Joburg I have been having thee worst experience with Uber, and to make matters worse, they just are not accessible. I feel I am complaining to a machine and all they say is that they have technical issues and someone will get back to me. In the meantime, they are just doing as they please with my money. Taking money without my consent and overcharging me every chance they get. This is theft.
