Unable to verify account

Hi , I selected the food i would like to order, i am paying with a voucher and it is linked on my wallet. When i have to checkout and place an order i get a message that i have to verify my facebook account. I do that and then it comes back to say could not verify my account. I am now stuck with a voucher because i cannot checkout and it is expiring on the 30th April 2021. I have trying to do this for the past two weeks and nothing is coming right.. I have never experienced this issue before and i have tried the Help option on the APP but no one is coming back to me. You guys will need to extend the voucher as your APP is not functioning and your stuff are not getting back to us when we need help.
