Unable to use coupon

I loved the delivery service, the food was on time and still hot like I like it. Only problem I had was with the app. I had two coupons of 80% off. I used the first one which went perfectly fine. The second one, I couldn't use at all, it kept saying. We dictate a problem in the system.
