*****ulent Uber Eats Driver-Tebogo Oletta

I ordered food from Honchos Alexander restaurant and I paid via card on their App. The driver named Tebogo Oletta never communicated his/her arrival to me nor contacted me. Then I see on the App that my food is delivered and there is even a picture of my food but I never met with the driver. Now I am unable to get my money back from either Uber Eats or Honchos. This is pure daylight ******* and ***** that Uber Eats and the restaurant should be held liable and pay my money. Very sad and disheartened as I remain hungry while someone enjoys my fully paid meal.
