*****ulent driver behaviour

I am very frustrated with the help service from Uber Eats. I reported that my food was not delivered. Apparently the driver was unable to reach me and left the food outside the gate. He send a pitch-black photo as proof of delivery, I went outside and there was nothing there. I've been trying to get this resolved for almost 2 week. I keep being referred to another department and no one is getting back to me. This is *****ulent behavior from the driver and Uber Eats is doing nothing to rectify this.
