*****ulent Activity - No Help Received!

Hi,

someone had made a *****ulent transaction on my account, they have ordered using my card details, i haven't used uber eats in almost 5 months .

there is absolutely no way to contact them or receive any help. they refuse to give specifics like where the food was delivered etc.

how does a person contact them with problems such as this? the website and the app has no way to put in a complaint whatsoever!!!!

for such a big entity the service and resolutions are appalling !
