I ordered KFC from Broadway in Durban North via Uber Eats. I then received a message via the app that my order was delivered with a picture of the KFC package in full zoom therefore not showing whom or where it was delivered too. The driver didn't even arrive at the gate as we were tracking the eta via the app. When I tried phoning the driver, it went straight to voicemail. Complained on the app, was just informed that I didn't qualify for a refund as the driver waited for 8 minutes,therefore both food and money was lost.
