Uber/UberEATS Dishonesty & Thievery

Siphumelele driving a DT61RZGP Honda CBR motorbike 150 went to collect my order/package at KFC Corlett Drive for a family feast at R229.00 as per Freedom (cashier) at the store.

He arrived and was inside the store, said food was not ready but according to Freedom the food was collected and Siphumelele asked then I should cancel the request as he was afraid the rain might catch up with him on the way.

This is absurd and disgusting. I am using the same service Uber/Uber EATS company but they have failed me dismally with brutal rudeness and dishonesty.

I want my refund for this trip R25, refund for the KFC Order (R229). The same order on the house to be delivered and an apology letter Siphumelele for this ubsurd behavior.

I am going to report this and escalate it further
