UBER/UberEats bad service

uber failed me once again this is so dissapointing as a loyal customer uber fails me all the time and its becoming a huge concern. so today i placed an order for chicken licken one order shown clearly on the receipt. the same order was sent with two different dirvers which i was unaware about as i was chatting with the driver named Bizimana, regarding my order but at the same time another driver had my order named boss which worries me becuase there was no details sent about the driver and i was charged twice fro this which i dont know why its a huge concern when these companies have my card details and take money when and hwo they want which is a safety & unprofessional concern for a business to run this way . there is no way i could even contact the support team as the drivers were clueless as to hwo this has happened, I will not make use or reccomend this service to anybody as im very dissapointed never had this service with MR DELIVERY BEFORE.
