UBER/UBER EATS ARE HORRIBLE

Getting a refund from any Uber service is an absolute nightmare. I put 2 stops yesterday and the driver cancelled my trip after 1 stop. and they charged me full price

I ordered on Uber Eats and the delivery guy didn't want to come deliver to my door, instead of leaving the meal at security, he took the meal with him and I didn't even get a refund. You cant even call or email them cos there's no direct contact information

absolutely horrible services
