04/12/2025 FOOD NOT DELIVERED AND UBER EATS DOES NOT WANT TO REFUND ME - **** BUSINESS

My food delivery was not delivered and never sent back to the restaurant for me to collect. Uber Eats delivery guy picked up my order from the restaurant at 13:31 and claims to have delivered it at 13:46. Driver called me at 13:41 and by the time I got to the reception, he was gone, with my meal and he did not even bother to leave it with security at reception. So I could not call him back because he had closed the ticket. Uber refuses to refund me. Uber Eats is a **** **** ****.
