UberOne ****

I was about to order on UberEats, when I saw a pop-up about UberOne. I clicked to see what it was. After seeing that I can use the service for free for 30 days. I decided to try it out. Everything was fine until I clicked on the current plan. I wanted to read up more on that only to see an email that confirms a R500+ payment. It turns out I mistakenly subscribed. I was under the impression that the subscription would come to effect after 30-day trial. The money has already been taken out of my account in a second. To make matter worse, there’s no quicker way to reach Uber except for the ‘help’ function on the app. It’s been over 2 hours and stull waiting to get help. I am so frustrated at this point. I really need help to get my money back.
