I had the worst experience with Uber eats,This was my second order in less that 5 days. I work in Rosebank and I ordered from a fast food restaurant that's in Mowbray because I didn't want to spend my lunch waiting at a queue.I selected a specific delivery time because I knew I'd be on lunch and can answer calls and go out to collect my order.All I can say is that my order never arrived at the address instead the driver left it a few street back and took a picture that it was on the pavement.I started running around looking for my order and when I called the driver that only called once he didn't answer my calls.I called him about four times because I wanted to know the name of the street he went to deliver at and the strange thing is that my first order I used the same address and I got my order delivered at reception.I filed a complaint with Uber eats and they claim that they won't refund me my money even though I never received anything.
