Ubereatss? I don't think so

I ordered lunch for my husband via Uber Eats/McDonalds Marlthbourgh. Once the order was placed I hen texexted the driver on his phone to CONFIRM directions, customer and contact number. Driver got there, didn't look at his phone and drove off with a meal that I had paid for alongside a tip. He had the name and a third contact number on his phone. My relationship with Ubereats and MacDonalds is over. Not at all happy
