Ubereats/mcdonalds

I ordered a mcdonalds mcfeast meal on uber eats while at work for lunch and when the delivery guy came the milkshake that I had ordered was damaged and spilled over the rest of my order, he then went on he's phone and marked the order as delivered ,which is weird cause there's a 4 digit pin that he didn't even ask before handing me the food..in anycase my burger and fries were fine he told me that I can take those and he'll return with my milkshake to which he never returned..I phoned mcdonalds 4 times after he left and they never even picked up the phone
