I while ago we ordered Masala chicken from KFC which arrived plain. We paid for this and then placed another order. It was wrong again and the driver then took the food that we had to pay for and disappeared and did not return with the right order. They said that we would get a refund and up to date we did not get a refund. Then we placed another order and instead of 10 Zinger Wings we only got 3. We then reordered and did not pay for the order as we know now that you will not be refunded for wrong orders. Now I owe them money and the support team at Uber Eats is absulutely useless and lazy, they just say sorry they can do nothing and close the ticket. They cannot even investigate and penalise the driver that stole our food.
