UberEats Your Food

I didn't want to even leave a one star rating. My wife order a bucket of KFC with some sides. A photo was sent of the pack set down at the gate. When we went out there was no food and couldn't get hold of UberEats. We eventually had to go out to buy it ourselves. My wife is hopeful of a refund but I can see by these pages its a waste of time. I can't believe this list goes on for 200 pages and no response from the company.
