UberEats Wrong order refund claim

I’m so disappointed with UberEats, today I ordered and paid for a hot wings meal 8 and received a hot wings meal 6. I reported this issue on the Uber help/support and they promised to give me a refund and I have been waiting for 4 hrs for refund on the order.
