UberEats Worst Support Help Ever

I placed an order on Uber eats , somehow the APP picked up the incorrect address and i did not receive the food order, i have been struggling with the Uber eats support team, who has delayed and delayed my query, they were utterly useless , now they say its too late to refund my order, i will delete Uber Eats and move now to Mr Delivery
