UberEats - worst service ever! Did not receive my food!

Very bad experience - ordered sushi from a close by restaurant, waited an hour or more. Then when the driver arrived at our complex security, I phoned him, he asked for the unit number, I gave it to him and he repeated it to me. I walked to to security gate, he had apparently left and taken my food with him. I made several calls to him after that, mostly he just declined my calls. I sent a text message asking where my sushi is, he did not respond. I contact led the restaurant that I had ordered from - they told me to contact Uber themselves.
