UberEats worst service ever

We finally got UberEats in our area and I thought this would be great as their menu options are more varied. They are the worst. Not a single order has been correct and there is no way to reach anyone to request a refund. So if you order something and pay for it and it doesn't get delivered. You just lose out and lose your money. If your delivery is wrong and you get something you don't eat, you just have to take that loss. UberEats is the worst. I can handle an incorrect order among as it can be fixed but UberEats is a **** that just takes your many and gives you ****ty service. I'm probably writing this for nothing as they have not responded to a single complaint on this website. Wow, they are even worse than I thought. Mr D is easier to use and you can get a hold of someone instantly and they fix their errors fast. Great service. I didn't realize how great until I experienced UberEats disgusting service. I don't how big businesses like Macdonalds can work with them. My order from Macdonalds through UberEats has been wrong everytime and I lost out. It's not like they doing charity work. You pay and it's not like it's super cheap. Worst ever.
