UberEats worst nightmare

I order food, the driver came to deliver and was getting lost inside the estate, when I realised that he’s not arriving I called him to try and direct him, he then cancelled my call. I called him again, he didn’t answer, he then wrote that he can’t find me and left with the food. Uber eats now refuses to refund me for the food taken by its driver. The order was R400 and I lost it just last like that. And still had to feed my family
