UBEREATS!!!! WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE

My order was sent all the way to town and I asked for it to be sent to Bryanston. I'ordered R250.00 worth of ****ing food and I didn't get it I contatced uber support they told me to speak to the driver and the driver tells me there is nothing he can do!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! to think I order at this please every day. I have screen shots of the conversations and I am FED UP UBER YOU ARE TERRIBLE WHEN IT COMES TO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE
