UberEats worst experience and seem pretty well corners

So much for a first time experience!... We just made an order and after some time it just cancelled . Anyway did a re-order then at this time they said order complete but it never was delivered to me and I ended up losing my money with no option of refund or such help in their help section. Disappointing, hope you people attend to this before it gets any worse and I want my money back by the way or order delivered
