UberEats - Worst. Delivery. Service. Ever

How do I give a zero? We had issues with them before and now we decided to try again. I ordered from KFC I'm tracking the driver. Well trying - since we are now on driver no 7. Then Ooops - finding another delivery driver. I paid for priority delivery. AN HOUR AGO. We are 5km away from the KFC store. My order went in at about 6:15 - it's now 7:12. I don't know if the issue is KFC Ebony or UberEats but this is the most disgusting service. And the last time I use them. UberEats you suck.
