UberEATS Wont refund me after i didn't receive the Order

I have always used and recommended uber & UberEATS but after the service I received on Saturday I'm not so happy. I order at KFC diepkloof square the order kept being delayed and delayed, as soon as i received the notification that the driver was on the way i confirmed the address with him, we were outside the whole time but the driver advised he came and took a pic outside some house that i don't know, i received a miscall from the driver and called soon after but he didn't pick up, Now i received an email that i won't be refunded my R224.61, i logged a query as soon as the Driver left
