UberEats vs KFC

Ordered: Zinger Burger+ Creme Soda

Received: 2X Original KFC Burgers, nothing else????

After receiving my order i called KFC Greenstone immediately and was told that they will send a driver to bring the correct order, however they did not have creme soda, i told her that coke will do.

After waiting for more that 45minutes i contact them again to follow up, i spoke to a manager, Themba, who told me that UberEats will contact me because the order came from them?? I told him that it has been more than an hour and he gave me the contact number for UberEats.

After the driver, Sipho dropped the food, I contacted UberEats and I spoke to a lady who told me that UberEats will be in contact with me, when she could not tell me?

I gave them all information, the order number, cellphone number, and even the email address..... how long do a person have to wait to eat, im sitting here with food i did not order, untouched??? That i ordered this morning??

Is UberEats reliable or did KFC make this mistake?

The main question is, do i eat the food and move on or do i wait for the correct delivery? But until when? Someone please advise. How do i handle this?
