Ubereats very disappointing

UberEats... what can i say? I placed an order, they used my uber wallet crefit to pay for the order. The uber driver wanted cash, i refused because i had use my uber cash wallet to pay for the order. The driver left with the food. I lodged a complaint with uber eats, but they jusut give me some story about a charge to my card. I want my money refunded to my uber wallet.
