UberEats unreliable!

I ordered a simple wrap from Sandwich Baron Croyden just after 8 this morning. To be delivered in Spartan. On the app the delivery time keeps on changing to a later time. It is now scheduled for 09h45 nd it is already 9h28. Sandwich Baron actually phoned me to say that the order has been prepared and ready for a while but no Uber driver arriving. It is extremely frustrating because nothing can be resolved through the App and when I tried phoning them I am merely informed that Uber Eats is not available...... What now????? Money is already reserved and order is ready..... I will not use them again. Unreliable service and impossible to get hold of them!
