UberEats = Unprofessional (Car Accident)

I am disgusted and disappointed in UberEats. On 26 May 2023, an Uber driver on a motorcycle drove straight into the rear of my car in traffic due to being on his phone. I warned him multiple times by hooting but he never looked up. This driver was negligent, wasn’t following the road law and now my car has been damaged. I contacted UberEats to find out how they handle those situations and if they could assist me with the cost of the damages and they responded that it’s not their problem and they are not liable. I definitely think you are liable, because this driver works for you and has no insurance. I used to be a regular customer with UberEats and Uber and I will NEVER make use of you again. I will also be sharing this on social media to make people aware of UberEats not taking responsibility of the incident and unprofessional response to me. You also don’t value your loyal customers.
