UberEats unprofessional and a disappointment

So I've been using this app for a while and was happy. But on the 30th July 2020 they took money from my account for an order I already paid on 14 December 2019. So basically Im double billed. Now I went on the app on the help center and the person there is responding to a totally unrelated question..... All I want is my refund but this Uber Eats people on the app are totally unprofessional and it's rediculous and ********* to double charge people in such tough times. They took a whole R300 from my account and if this matter is not fixed I'm opening a ***** case. I never gave permission to UberEats to take my money. They fail to follow up with their drivers and waited a whole 6 months to charge me again... It's nonsense...i will never recommend this app to anybody.... Sometimes their drivers deliver wrong orders and now they also double charge us. It's in human!!!
