UberEats: ******** debit of funds

********ly debited money from my banking account a week after cash was paid to their driver. Please assist as it seems many people on Social Media are complaining about the same practice. The reply to my complaint was that nothing could be done after 48 hours which I am fully aware is not South African law. Please advise
