Ubereats *****ulent Transactions

I received multiple notifications from my bank yesterday while I was sitting in my house in DURBAN that someone was trying to order alcohol for the bottle store in Soweto and have it delivered to 88 Vilakazi Street!!

Now there was insufficient on the card that was linked onto my Ubereats account but Ubereats still made the delivery!! Why?? Why would you deliver if there is insufficient funds available in my account for the order? That does not make sense to me.

I then received a notification from Ubereats that someone was trying to login to my account with a different device in Johannesburg.

So with all that information Ubereats still decided to let the transaction go through and make a delivery to these ******* and now on my account it says that I need to settle my outstanding balance of R745. 89 for a bottle of Jameson that I did not purchase or drink!!!

How do you guys allow this kind of *****ulent transactions to occur??? Not only am I now expected to pay for this unauthorized transaction, I now have to pay for the bank charges for each time they tried to make an order and it declined!! Ridiculous!!

This is unacceptable!!! I feel like deleting my Uber account and never using you guys again!
