UBEREATS = UBER*****S!!!

This company is very fast to deduct money but when there are issues their only response is that they cannot provide a refund. I had placed an order and purchased a kids meal for my child. The toy and juice was not delivered. Uber refused to refund until I logged a case with the CGSO and the NCC. They do not follow the guidelines of the CPA but their own law. eventually I got a refund of R16.77. I will not let this slide. How many other people are being ******. As it is their prices on the app are escalated and they still charge you a service fee and delivery fee. My case will be heard as this is not the first time they tried to rob me!
