UberEats took my money instead of refunding it

I ordered from three items from UberEats last night. One was missing. When I complained (on the app), it was immediately refunded. The item cost me R30 and I included a 10% tip. I was refunded only R27. The order should have had the R30 and the 10% tip deducted. Basically UberEats charged me R6 for not receiving an item. Seriously?
